About

        

          The Nix Zürich group is a community centred around Nix and NixOS,
          the functional package management ecosystem. We organise meetups and
          events in the Zürich area and are involved with other functional
          programming clubs such as the
          Zürich Friends of Haskell.
        

        

          Every 6 months we organise a two-day hackathon-style event in
          Rapperswil called ZHF where we provide a hacking space, food, coffee,
          and mentorship. We also occasionally organise smaller-scale meetups.
        


        
      


      

      

        
Location

        

        Our hackathons take place as a physical events at the beautiful Rapperswil-Jona
